4.1 Account Management. Identity and contact data are used to create and manage your 95jili account, verify your identity, process password resets, and maintain account security, including the administration of two-factor authentication.
4.2 Payment Processing. Financial data is used to process deposits and withdrawals via your chosen payment method (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), to detect and prevent payment fraud, and to comply with AMLC transaction monitoring obligations.

4.6 Customer Support. Communications data is retained to manage support requests, resolve disputes, and maintain quality assurance across the customer support function.
4.7 Marketing. Where you have opted in to marketing communications, 95jili may use your contact data and gaming preferences to send promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates. You may opt out at any time. See Section 12 for details.

Note on consent withdrawal: Withdrawing consent for optional data processing does not affect your ability to continue using the 95jili platform. Core platform functions operate on contractual and legal obligation bases and do not require optional consent.
95jili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial advertising purposes. Personal data is shared only in the following circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers. 95jili engages third-party service providers who process personal data on its behalf for specific operational purposes, including: payment processing companies (GCash/Maya integration partners, InstaPay/PesoNet gateway operators); KYC and identity verification service providers; fraud detection and prevention technology providers; cloud infrastructure and data hosting providers; and customer support platform operators. All service providers are required to process personal data only on 95jili's documented instructions and to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
6.2 Game Providers. Where you access games provided by third-party studios — such as JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, or Evolution — certain gameplay data (session identifiers, bet amounts, and game results) is transmitted to those providers for the purpose of delivering the game and maintaining game audit records. This data is processed by providers under their own privacy policies and applicable gaming regulations.
6.3 Regulatory Authorities. 95jili is required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine government bodies where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful official request.
6.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of 95jili's business assets, personal data held by 95jili may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to that entity's agreement to be bound by equivalent privacy protections.
No international transfers without safeguards: In the event that any personal data must be transferred outside the Philippines (for example, to cloud infrastructure located abroad), 95jili will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with NPC guidance and the Data Privacy Act's cross-border transfer requirements, including data processing agreements containing standard contractual clauses where applicable.
95jili retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account applicable legal, regulatory, and operational retention requirements.
Active account data is retained for the full duration of the account relationship. Following account closure, personal data is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy PAGCOR audit requirements, AMLC transaction record-keeping obligations, and applicable tax record retention rules under Philippine law.
KYC verification documents (government ID copies, selfie photographs) are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, consistent with AMLC requirements.
Technical and log data (IP logs, session logs, device identifiers) are retained for a period of twelve (12) months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Marketing data (consent records, communication preferences) is retained for as long as the opt-in consent is active and for a period of three (3) years following withdrawal of consent or account closure, to maintain accurate consent audit records.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 95jili's data disposal procedures.
The 95jili Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including local storage and session identifiers) to provide platform functionality, maintain session security, and improve the user experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser.
8.1 Essential Cookies. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. They include session authentication tokens, security cookies (including CSRF protection), load-balancing identifiers, and responsible gaming preference storage. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Upon receipt of a valid objection, 95jili will cease that processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your rights.
You may request a structured, commonly used, machine-readable copy of the personal data you have provided to 95jili, which you may transmit to another service provider of your choosing.
In certain circumstances — for example where you contest the accuracy of data or where you have objected to processing pending a determination of legitimate grounds — you may request that processing be restricted while the matter is resolved.
95jili implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:
Data Breach Response. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to data subjects, 95jili will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players within a reasonable period thereafter, consistent with NPC breach notification guidelines.
Your responsibility: While 95jili takes extensive steps to protect your data, you also play a role in account security. Use a strong, unique password for your 95jili account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Never share your login credentials with anyone. 95jili will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat.
The 95jili Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. 95jili does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
Registration requires the user to confirm that they meet the 21+ age requirement. This representation is reinforced by 95jili's KYC identity verification process, which requires government-issued identification confirming date of birth prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
If 95jili discovers or is notified that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the account, initiate an investigation, void all related gaming activity, and handle the associated personal data in accordance with NPC guidance on minors' data. Any real-money deposits associated with an underage account will be handled in accordance with 95jili's account termination procedures.

95jili may send promotional communications, bonus notifications, new game announcements, and other marketing messages to players who have opted in to receive such communications during registration or through their account settings.
Opting out: You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by: (a) clicking the unsubscribe link in any 95jili marketing email; (b) updating your communication preferences in your account settings; or (c) contacting 95jili support and requesting removal from all marketing lists. Opt-out requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
Withdrawing consent for marketing communications will not affect your ability to receive important transactional communications related to your account, such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, or regulatory notices. These transactional messages are sent on the basis of contractual necessity and legal obligation, not consent.
